Charles W. Eldridge, C.I.C, CEO

Graduated from St Lawrence University, achieving his BA, majoring in Economics and earning the title of Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC). Having successfully completed concentrated studies given by Allstate, Hartford, Kemper, and Utica Mutual to name a few, he effectively stayed atop the insurance industry for over 25 years. His journey started with Seaboard Surety as a construction underwriter, as well as bond underwriter living in New York, Atlanta, and Charlotte. Chuck has been an independent agent for over two decades, having bought and sold over 15 agencies domiciled in New York, Florida, Alabama, Puerto Rico, and worked as Vice President of a large national agency employing over 300 producers countrywide. The emphasis of his insurance endeavors have been the development of unique insurance programs including such varied disciplines as: equine insurance, private and public schools, flower industry, recreational vehicles, hotels and casinos, extended service contracts and many Affinity groups, most recently a 20,000+ member companies involved in the construction industry. As a result, Chuck was instrumental in the development of a commercial automobile program underwritten and marketed by Allstate Insurance agents involving 12,000+ countrywide. He also worked closely with many major corporations, which include Penske Automotive Group, Pep Boys, Suzuki del Caribe and Caterpillar. Due to Chuck’s input and effort, the development of these insurance programs generated new commission income in excess of seven figures annually.


Leslie L Watson, CPCU, Director of Marketing/Sales Manager

Leslie graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics. She began her career working at Nationwide Insurance after graduation and held a multitude of positions throughout her tenure with them in many areas of the “background” operations involved in the insurance industry. From Accounting Manager to Processing Manager to Underwriting then Product Management, Leslie gleaned an understanding of Personal Lines Insurance that allows her to determine, and help customers decide, the appropriate amount of coverage they need to protect themselves and their property, as well as explaining the risk to the insurance companies’ underwriters when needed. She built successful teams that continuously exceeded the expectations set forth including customer satisfaction. She earned her respected Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter designation during her time at Nationwide through diligent studying and completing and passing all the rigorous exams.

With her background in both insurance and management, Leslie is a key asset to providing IBBC’s agents with support and insight that allows them to provide excellent customer service to our clients. Her analytical abilities allow her to find solutions that are reasonable and appropriate to the situation at-hand.


Darryl Bull, CPCU

Darryl Bull is a graduate of the University of Georgia, where he majored in Risk Management & Insurance. He began his insurance career with Continental Insurance, which was eventually acquired by CNA. Between the two companies, Darryl served in various front-line underwriting and marketing capacities over the first ten years of his career. While at CNA, he completed required coursework to earn the prestigious Chartered Property & Casualty Underwriter designation. Darryl subsequently lead the southeast marketing operations of Utica National Insurance. At both CNA and Utica, he gained a wealth of knowledge pertaining to program / affinity business. Darryl's experience also includes more than a decade with various divisions of Liberty Mutual, the majority of that time as the AVP of Underwriting for Summit Insurance (now a division of Great American).

Darryl is an action and results oriented insurance executive with innovative underwriting, marketing, and leadership expertise. He is an approachable and creative solution-finder, skilled at developing talent and building high-performance teams that exceed expectations. Darryl is a change catalyst possessing strong analytic capabilities and technical proficiency, equally balanced with solid interpersonal and relationship building dexterity. He is skilled in organizational enhancement, strategic and tactical planning, execution, and problem resolution.


Sheri A. Davis, Virtual Insurance Agent

Sheri was born in San Angelo, Texas, and as a "military brat," grew up in Texas, Belgium, Greece, Virginia, and Florida. She graduated from Armwood High School, Brandon, Florida, and obtained an Associate's Degree from Hillsborough Community College in Tampa, Florida. Sheri is married and has three beautiful children, two teenage girls and one older with a family of her own. She has considerable experience in the insurance filed, having worked on and off in the field since 1990, and is licensed in Life and Health, and Property and Casualty Insurance. She was an Office Manager and Associate Agent from 1990 to 1996 with a Nationwide Insurance office in Brandon, Florida, and assisted in opening a brokerage firm, Horizon Capital Management, in Tampa Florida from 1996 to 1998. From 1997 to 1998 she was an Administrative Assistant for the Grant Nelson Group, and reentered the insurance field in 1998 as an Associate Agent for Nationwide Insurance in Brandon, Florida. From 2005 to 2008, Sheri was a Virtual Renewals Processor for Nationwide Insurance in Brandon, Florida, and she and her family moved to Georgia, in 2008, where she supported her husband in the U.S. Army Reserves, obtained her Georgia insurance licensure, and worked for a brief stent as an Associate Agent for a Nationwide Insurance office in Loganville, Georgia in 2016. IB Business Center, LLC was able to bring Sheri on as a Virtual Insurance Agent in 2017.


Gerald Carley, Information Services

The Insurance Bucks Information Management team is lead by Gerald Carley. A graduate of Auburn University and Louisiana State University with a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering, Carley taught computer programming courses at LSU and Southeastern Louisiana University before joining General Dynamics in 1977, and later, Braniff International. In 1982, he was named the Chief of Pipeline Safety for the Office of Conservation of the State of Louisiana, and later founded Corporate Computer Systems in Baton Rouge, which offered multi-terminal Unix-based office management and accounting and wholesale distribution systems to second & third-tier businesses in Louisiana and the Southeast, and which eventually became a MicroAge franchise. He also founded a second business, developing the software which became the basis for its operation, ExpressClaim Processing, which served as a clearinghouse for electronic healthcare claim submissions by healthcare providers, billing services and hospital-based clinics. He sold his interest in both businesses in the late 1990’s. In 2005, after retiring as an airline pilot with Continental, Carley began offering web-based and photographic consulting services for companies wishing to establish a presence on the internet. He now lives in Fairhope, Alabama, with his wife Brenda, who is a software technical support & training representative with SunGard. A former Air Force, Air Force Reserve (Hurricane Hunter) and airline pilot, Carley enjoys flying occasionally, golf, and is a member of the Rotary Club of Point Clear, Alabama
