IB Business Center is looking for property and casualty licensed agents 


Ken Wambold, Managing Partner of IB Business Center, LLC. (IBBC) recently announced the intent of IBBC to increase to a significant presence in New York, Georgia and Florida. The nucleus of IBBC initial marketing efforts in New York and Georgia will be supported by licensed agents and recently retired agents with active licenses in these states who may or may not still live there, and who are interested in continuing their activity, either full or part-time, as remote internet-based employees working from home.

The objective of IBBusiness Center is to build and manage insurance distribution points for Auto and Recreational Vehicle Dealerships as well as financial institutions such as Credit Unions. We see the opportunity as being very big with limited competition. As of this writing we know of no other firm that builds and manages insurance facilities for Dealerships, utilizing multiple insurance companies.
 
The National Auto Dealers' Association (NADA) has stated that there are 17,665 new-vehicle dealerships in the United States with sales reaching 15.5 million units and total revenue of 730 billion and less than 10% of the auto dealerships have common ownership of an insurance agency.
 
The IBBusiness Center Platform is built around experienced licensed Sales Agents working when they want, for as long they want, from where they want. A majority of the Agents being selected for the IB Platform will have 20+ years working for Companies distributing through the Independent Agency System as well as Direct Writers such as Allstate, Farmers, Hartford, Progressive, Travelers, State Farm, etc. The goal is to have a Insurance Platform that is efficient as possible yet can be duplicated and accommodate rapid growth.
 
IBBC is licensed in New York and Georgia with plans to expand Nationally.
 
Initial marketing efforts indicate interest from over 20 Franchised Dealerships (Rooftops) in New York and Georgia . 

JOB DESCRIPTION

Individual must be a team player with leadership skills having a consistent positive attitude and the ability to lead by example, possessing the ability to communicate and manage insurance processes developed from leads generated by other insurance agents, car dealerships and financial institutions. Individual must be results-oriented regarding projects and tasks from initial start up stage to completion.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: close and process new clients, and service existing clients. The position also requires the individual to perform other office functions without the aid of an administrative assistant and have the ability to manage and train other associates.

Qualifications:

A minimum of five years’ insurance agency experience either as an agent or a Client Service Rep (CSR) familiar with agency management software. (Familiar with EZLynx is a plus). A current agent license is required. Must be a leader and maintain a positive attitude towards all insurance carriers, insured clients, and fellow IB Business Center, LLC associates.
